| The JAOP-14-G Combination Oven/Proofer offers high production in a compact, space-saving unit. The oven features a hot recycled reverse fan air system to assure even baking, reaching baking temperature in 15 minutes. The 60-minute reminder timer frees operator for other duties. Other standard features include steam injection system, full-view glass doors, all stainless steel interior and exterior.
