Available in 10 level, half- and full-size and 20 level, half- and full-size models. All models have stainless steel exterior and stainless steel interior with coved corners. Stainless steel steam generator with deliming port, radius plus power burner, manual or programmable controls. Programmable controls store up to 99 recipes, with up to 5 cooking phases in each recipe. Variable humidity control in combi mode for maximum user control.
